ACCOMMODATION
is strictly charged per double. The Cottage however is set up to
accommodate a family of four. There is a small charge for 2 children under
the age of 15. Two (only) extra adults may stay in the single
beds at an extra charge per night.
Visitors and/or additional families
are not permitted for overnight stays.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
– Check-in time is normally 2.00 pm, though an earlier time may be
arranged depending on the level of bookings at the time. Similarly,
check-out time is 10.30am with a later time possible by arrangement.
Early/late arrival will be charged at the cost of half day rate.
LONG WEEKENDS
– A minimum charge of 3 nights applies for Long Weekends and a minimum
charge of 4 nights for Easter regardless of number of days you wish to
stay.
DEPOSIT

To secure your booking, a deposit of at least one night’s
accommodation cost must be paid within 7 days.
In the case of a single night’s booking, payment in full is required.
This deposit is normally non-refundable. Depending on the circumstances
of your cancellation request, however, the deposit may, at our sole
discretion, be transferred to another time or refunded in part. The
balance is to be paid at time of stay.
CAMPING
- Camping of tents, camper vans or caravans’ on the property is not
permitted.
LINEN - Towels for the bathroom, Tea Towels for the kitchen and
Sheets, Quilts and Pillows are ready made on the beds.
